Shipping policy
How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Orders placed after 8 am on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic shipping within Canada can take up to 2-8 business days (not including weekends/holidays. An email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed.
International Shipping
International delivery times can vary due to customs. Shipping to USA can take up to 8-17 business days (not including weekends/holidays). Shipping outside of Canada and USA can take up to 8-32 business days. An email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed. Nipsey Daisy is not responsible for additional customs clearance charges.
What courier do you use?
Nipsey Daisy uses CanadaPost. Please note Canada post does not ship on the weekend. We are not responsible for any shipping delays.
Nipsey Daisy is not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by Canada Post
- Wrong addresses provided by customers
- Damage to orders by postal service
- PO box issues
- Any additional duty fees
- Stolen packages after delivery (we do not recommend the Canada Post “safe drop” option)
